What really helped me was the approach of total wellness including nutrition that allowed my energy to come back. As you may remember, I was being treated for adrenal gland insufficiency with steroids. In getting off the steroids, I felt really bad in addition to the headaches. It is so hard to know how to help your children when they are struggling with "adult" problems like anxiety and insomnia. And after several pharmaceutical products actually made him worse, I was at a total loss of how to help him. Thankfully, you were able to actually find the source of his problems (an imbalance of his neurotransmitters) and correct this imbalance with something as simple and safe in amino acids.
I stuck to the detox program to the letter and can say that after a slump in energy the first couple of weeks I gained energy & my thinking seemed clearer. But the biggest benefit I experienced was reduced stiffness & soreness in my hand that has slight arthritis.
