Adrenal Fatigue
The adrenal glands are small glands that sit on top of your kidneys and are responsible for your stress response, among other functions. They produce your stress hormones cortisol, DHEA, norepinephrine, and epinephrine which helps your body react and survive stressful situations. Complete adrenal burnout is called Addison’s and is a life-threatening emergency if untreated but there are many stages your body goes thru before it gets to this point.
Complaints related to adrenal fatigue consist of:
- Heartburn and Indigestion
- Irritable Bowel
- Thyroid problems
- High blood pressure
- Weight Gain (especially in the belly)
- Irregular or heavier periods
- Fatigue
- Sleep problems
- And the list goes on and on

We Evaluate Adrenal Fatigue with Special Tests
The adrenals are the most under-diagnosed system in traditional medicine and unfortunately adrenal fatigue and stress are the cause of 80% of visits to primary care physicians. It is not recognized because the symptoms patients present with are all fairly treatable, only the underlying cause is usually never addressed.
We evaluate adrenal fatigue with special tests then treat it accordingly to how severe the fatigue is. Treatments include special healing supplements, stress reduction techniques, nutrition changes in order to completely address the underlying causes and optimize healing.
Treat the Underlying Cause
Complaints related to adrenal fatigue are treated with the following medications: pepcid, nexium or other acid blockers, synthroid, blood pressure medications, laser ablation to the uterus, sleeping pills and many more.
These medications treat the symptoms but if you don’t address the underlying cause of stress not only will these disease processes get worse, they will progress into other diseases.
Contact us to find our your underlying causes of fatigue.
Do you have an undiagnosed condition?
Have you been to every doctor and had “every” test run and still don’t know why you feel the way you do? Maybe it is time to start thinking out-of-the-box. Sometimes a new approach is needed to try and put the pieces of the puzzle together.
Nutritional IV Therapy
Nutritional IV Therapies provide vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream rather than requiring your GI tract to absorb and break them down. This allows improved absorption and better levels. We offer Meyer’s Cocktail, IV Vitamin C, and Glutathione.
